Het betreft een internetplatform opgericht door de Europese Commissie met als doel geschillen voortvloeiend uit e-commerce buiten de rechtbank op te lossen. Omdat het bijna niet gebruikt werd (slechts zo&#8217;n 200 zaken per jaar) en daardoor t\u00e9 veel kostte, heeft de EU besloten het af te schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat betekent dit concreet voor jou als webshop?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het ODR-platform verdwijnt op 19 juli 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klanten kunnen sinds 20 maart 2025 geen nieuwe klachten meer indienen via het Europese ODR-platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je kan het wel nog gebruiken voor lopende dossiers tot 19&nbsp;juli 2025. Daarna verdwijnt het helemaal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>De Europese Commissie vraagt om alle voor uw zaak relevante gegevens v\u00f3\u00f3r 19 juli 2025 te exporteren<\/strong>.
